In the dormitories in Zinkivtsi, at 35 Yaroslava Mudroho Str. and 36 Hrushevskoho Str., there are approximately 500 IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons). These Compact Living Places have received substantial humanitarian aid with hygiene supplies and everything necessary for maintaining shared facilities. These places and hospitals in Kamianets-Podilskyi district, where over 1500 IDPs live, 70% of whom are elderly people, will receive this assistance in the coming days. The delivery of humanitarian goods by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MOE) is part of the activities for International Day of Older Persons, organized jointly by the charity fund “SOS Civil Defense Headquarters” and the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council with financial support from the international organization “HelpAge International.
