Almost two hundred enchanting flowers bloomed thanks to the “ARTiculation” project!
Participants of the art therapy sessions “ART Code of Petrykivka” felt like true artists — each artwork became a small story about warmth, support, and self-belief.
This project brought people together regardless of age, experience, or place of origin. Some participants were internally displaced persons, for whom creativity became a way to find calm, restore strength, and feel part of a community.
Initiatives like this are especially important today — they help people live through difficult times, discover inner resources, and build resilience through art. Creativity became our shared language, understood without words.
The project’s final event — an exhibition of participants’ works, kindly lent for a short time — was also filled with creativity. Everyone was invited to join a workshop on making New Year decorations using the origami technique. The finished ornaments were used to decorate a Christmas tree — our symbol of unity. All the decorations on it were brought by visitors to the socio-cultural center “Podvirya.”
Along with the decorations, the participants left their wishes for themselves, for one another, and for the whole world for the New Year. Notably, the wishes of internally displaced participants and local residents were strikingly similar — for peace, warmth, support, and hope. This once again showed how shared our dreams and aspirations truly are.
We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to the implementation of this project. Together, we made the autumn of 2025 warmer, brighter, and filled with inspiration and color.
