With the participation of the Charity Fund “SOS: The Civil Defence Headquarters”, a kind of outdoor leisure centre “Children’s Town” was established in Kamianets-Podilskyi. Today this is already a productive pastime with its own library! The best librarians of the city are already waiting for you in the pavilions with the symbolic names: “Literary Living Room”, “Creative Workshop” and “Children’s Gameland”!
A number of unusual events take place for children, teenagers and their parents every day. “Literary Living Room” will present the exhibition-recommendation “Youth book mix”, the book exhibition “Reading with the aroma of coffee”, the exhibition-trip “Kamianets-Podilskyi is a treasure island” and the press kaleidoscope of periodicals “Pages of fascinating periodicals”.
At the same time, in the “Creative Workshop” the branch library №8 will invite children and their parents to join in making origami. And the branch library №2 organizes a master of henna painting (mehendi) “Drawing of happiness and destiny” for all interested adults and children.
