And the SES are strict, courageous and serious? In general, yes, it is true. But for the children of the “Children of War” project, the boys and girls of the Kamianets-Podilskyi State Fire and Rescue Unit are also cheerful, friendly, and humorous. They allow children to make a photo shoot in a fire truck, try on a real protective suit and extinguish an imaginary fire on a nearby lawn with a real fire extinguisher.
At the same time, children learn about safety rules, steps of taking actions in case of fire, and how to protect themselves in critical situations.
A group of children from Chuhuiv, Kharkiv Oblast, was no exception – our firefighters visited them as well. It is a rare case when serious and important information is presented in a spectacular and colorful way. Perhaps some of these children will want to become a rescuer in the future. For now, the main thing is that the children are smiling, they are interested and having fun. The task of saving the mood of boys and girls has been performed perfectly!
