For some people, looking for a new job with better conditions is a common thing, while for others it is a life-changing experience.

It is especially difficult for those who lost their reliable jobs due to the war and are now forced to start from scratch. The requirements for resumes have changed, the job search itself has become easier, and new opportunities have emerged for people of all ages.

Nataliia Ivleva, a representative of the State Employment Service, a reliable partner of the «Newcomers: the Way to Success» project, spoke about the current job search conditions, the rules for paperwork, and the prejudices that still exist and can and should be addressed.

How to write a resume correctly was a separate block of the seminar, and it was extremely important. Few of the participants knew that the city employment center would always support them and help them write a resume that would definitely interest a potential employer.

At the end of the meeting, Natalia answered questions about her work as a psychologist and the services of the employment center in general. Did you know that the employment center will help you decide on the professions that are right for you? But more about that in the next posts.
