How do celebreties overcome stress? Natalia Falion, the charismatic leader of the «Lisapetny Battalion» band, shared her recipe. And she advised us to turn to specialists – psychologists.  

When does the moment come when you need to see a psychologist? What should it be? Something terrible? Something irreversible? Something that causes a feeling of horror, powerlessness and helplessness? 

No. Symptoms that most of us are used to ignoring. Fatigue in the morning. Unwillingness to get out of bed. Lack of joy in doing things that used to bring positive emotions. Problems with sleep. A sudden change in appetite. What we used to call laziness. Or weakness. Or at best, fatigue. 

Nowadays, when all Ukrainians are constantly in a state of chronic stress, it is vital to take care of yourself and seek help at the first sign to prevent more serious conditions.  

    The SOS Psychology project was created to support adults and children. In the context of the war, we want them to have tools to cope with stress, learn self-healing techniques, and remain resilient and strong.  

We are grateful to Natalia Falion for supporting the project. Her work is a universal antidepressant, and her optimism and sincerity are the best inspiration and motivation to continue working.
