It would seem that art therapy classes have already become commonplace for our participants, but you can never guess what the result will be.
This time we received a whole company of funny dolls – with arms and legs, in fashionable dresses, each with its own character. Art therapy turned into laughter therapy, because instead of the authentic folk dolls stated in the announcement at the beginning of the work, we got little aliens.
It is extremely important not to forget to laugh, not to forget to find happy moments every day, not to forget to be happy in this difficult world.
Our meetings are not only about creativity, Ukrainian culture, and communication. It is a safe space where everyone receives support and at the same time becomes a support for others.
Now our participants’ collection includes a doll from the village of Letkivka, Trostianets district, Vinnytsia region. A doll that has passed through decades to become a symbol of the strength and wisdom of previous generations.
