The youngest volunteer of the project is Anya Petrovska. She is the same age as the boys and girls for whom she conducted a toy-making workshop. Both children and teachers enjoyed making the doll from an extremely lively and tactilely warm material – jute twine. Under Anya’s guidance, they patiently weaved, wound, knitted… And as a result, each of them created a unique jute craft doll with her own character.
Anya is a very creative girl. She ended up in Kamianets-Podilskyi because of the war. It was very easy for her to find some common interests with the children from Chuhuiv.
We are looking forward to Ania’s new ideas and their interesting realization. And our guests from Chuhuiv, in addition to vivid impressions and hundreds of photos, will take home a small souvenir that they created with their own hands thanks to Ania.
