The athletes of Kamianets-Podilskyi have not betrayed the tradition of racing in honour of Global Running Day this year as well.
On Sunday, June 5, after a fun warm-up, runners of different ages – from kids to grandparents – started from the European Square, proving that sport as well as love knows no age.
The race was organized by the Honoured Coach of Ukraine Leonid Hurman and the charity organization “SOS: Civil Defence Headquarters”. Police and ambulance escorts were provided. According to the results of the 2-kilometer distance, the winners were determined and awarded.
