The year 2024 ended in a very positive and tasty way for the «Newcomers: The Way to Success» project. The participants of the first cohort of «Pizzaiolo» courses have completed their studies, completed their internships, and received their certificates. Undoubtedly, they made themselves the best gift of all – they started the new year with a new profession.
The best part for the team of the «SOS Civil Defense Headquarters» charitable foundation was the competition for the best pizza. The participants were able to surprise the jury with extraordinary flavors. But it was incredibly difficult to choose a winner in such a competition, as each pizza was flavorful, with crispy sides and juicy filling.
We will not be surprised if in the near future one of the restaurants in our town will offer pizza with prunes or apples and herbs de Provence as a specialty.
And the video about the courses was made with humor, because delicious food is something that improves the mood not only for those who eat, but also for those who cook.
We wish our participants not to lose their enthusiasm and creativity! And, of course, a high stable income.
