The first quarter is over. And although most of our projects follow their own rhythm and schedule. We have events that help us move forward, develop, set new goals, and become better.
The strategic session held in early 2025 was an important event for every member of the “SOS Civil Defense Headquarters” team.
Following a clear plan, identifying priority areas, and realizing the scale of what has already been done – the team needed outside help.
Several projects being implemented simultaneously. New qualifications that have to be acquired in the process. Daily challenges, uncertainty, burnout, and fatigue. Thus, our team desperately needed an outsider’s perspective to organize our experience and best practices into a clear structure.
At a time when it is difficult and maybe even impossible for each of us to plan anything more than a day, a week, a month – it turned out to be very important, to plan the organization’s activities for three years. Yes, we don’t know whether it will be the same team, what the circumstances will be, what the priorities will be – everything can change at any moment. But today, for each team member, such planning has proven to be an additional support in life.
We have seen how much more efficient it is to work and develop according to a clear plan. How many resources can be saved, how many processes can be simplified.
Why are we telling our readers about this? Because this experience can be applied to each of us as individuals. Each individual is an extremely valuable project both for themselves and for our country. A project that can develop, grow, and expand its activities.
